Industrial fan installation comes with the fan here: one job, one quote. Licensed electrical contractors, a mounting position checked before anything is bolted up, and a warranty that stays valid because the install was done properly.
Why these fans are not a DIY job
Every ceiling and wall fan in this range is hardwired to a variable frequency controller and bolted to structural steel or concrete. That puts the work squarely in licensed electrical territory, and the manufacturer’s own manuals require installation by trained personnel holding electrician certificates.
There is a structural side as well. These fans weigh between 38kg and 121kg and they are a moving load on a single point, so the mounting position gets assessed rather than assumed. Above about 8m it is also a lift job, not a ladder job.
How industrial fan installation works, start to finish
You send the building details
Roof height, floor area, frame type and what is already up there: sprinklers, lighting runs, gantry cranes, mezzanines. Photos of the roof steel help more than measurements. If you have a floor plan, send that.
We size the fans and quote both parts together
You get a fan layout, the fan prices and the installation as one figure, so there is no second surprise after you have committed to the equipment. If a smaller fan or a different mounting type is the better answer, we will say so.
The mounting position is confirmed
Before anything is ordered, the contractor confirms the fixing points, the clearances and the power supply. This is the step that catches problems while they are still cheap: a purlin in the wrong place, a sprinkler head inside the sweep, or three-phase that turns out to be single.
Delivery, then install
Fans ship from our New South Wales warehouse, typically 4 to 7 business days. Installation is booked once the fan is on site, so there is no crew standing around waiting on freight.
Commissioning and handover
The controller is set up, speeds are checked through the range, and you get the manuals and the electrical certificate. The fan is left running so you can see what it actually does to the space.
Who does the work
Our industrial fans are installed across New South Wales by Festoon House, using our own electrical contractor. That is where our warehouse is, it is where most of our fan work happens, and it means one company is answerable for both the equipment and the installation.

If you already work with a licensed contractor you trust, that also works. Send us the fan requirement and we will supply only, and give your contractor the mounting details and manuals they need. The warranty still holds provided the installation is certified.
What is included
With every fan: the fan and blades, mounting hardware for your structure type, a safety cable that carries the fan independently of the main bracket, the variable frequency speed controller and the manuals.
With an installed quote: the site assessment, mechanical installation, electrical connection to your supply, commissioning through the speed range, and the electrical certificate.
Quoted separately when needed: extension rods beyond the standard length, structural modification if the roof needs it, new circuits or switchboard work, traffic management, and after-hours access if the site cannot stop during the day.
How installation and the warranty connect
The 5-year warranty requires certified installation, and it is void if the fan is later relocated. That is not a technicality: a fan bolted to the wrong purlin or wired to the wrong supply fails in ways that are indistinguishable from a manufacturing fault, so the condition protects both sides.
The practical consequence is that the position is worth getting right the first time, because moving it afterwards costs more than the original install and takes the warranty with it.

Commercial and industrial ceiling fan installation
Installation is quoted against the fan, so it helps to know which one you are heading for. The industrial HVLS range runs 3.7m to 7.3m for open floors, and the commercial range covers 2.4m and 3m for occupied rooms. Where we install
In New South Wales we install with our own team of licensed electricians. Supply and install are quoted together, because certified installation is what keeps the 5-year warranty valid for its full term, and it is why we site-check roof structure, working height and access before anything is ordered.
Outside New South Wales, we supply the fan and quote the freight, but we do not arrange the installation. Send the quote form and we will point you the right way.
Every fan ships from stock in our New South Wales warehouse. These are not parcel-network deliveries. Crates run from 38kg to 111kg depending on the size, so freight is quoted per order rather than guessed at checkout.
Certification paperwork is supplied with the installation for your compliance records, which matters for schools, councils and church bodies, and purchase orders and invoicing are supported.
