We purchased your black cable fairy lights in 10 metre lengths brilliant idea as we needed 90 metres .These lights were so easy to connect I was so impressed by the quality. I have purchased inexpexpensive lights before and will never do it again .Not only was I so impressed with your beautiful lights I was delighted that I recieved my order within 4 days and packaged so well. finally got around to getting some fairy lights for our medium backyard tree. Very impressive display once they were up. Very solid product and great service. We needed to add more and they were very quick to respond so I could take down the ladders.
I had a couple of questions before making my purchase and the staff were so helpful and friendly responding quickly to my emails.

I am pleased with the quality of the Commercial 1P67 rated (waterproof) Fairy Lights. My Date Palm tree looks simply stunning wrapped with 150 metres of quality lights that gives off a soft ambient glow. The dimmer switch is great and the remote allows for easy switch on/off with a variety of modes for lighting sequence options.
A quality product which makes it great investment built to last the outdoor elements.

I had 4w LED gloves in my retro entry light but they were too bright. I swapped them out for these 1w globes. They give off a nice soft light and aren’t as yellow as the previous ones. Perfect 👍

I had an old carriage lamp which I wanted to light as part of my festoon lights. By swapping in a dropper and special bulb it all came together simply.

Have handled the outdoors very well in our Forecourt space. Only a few dead bulbs over 2 years of use now and easy and fast replacements from the website.
Our courtyard was always dark without adequate lighting. Installing permanent lightning connected to main was not an option and so was hosting. Then came Festoon House’s festoon light! Those lights bring a beautiful ambient light that is soft, not intrusive but still allow to see the food and your guests’s faces. A day in the sun charging or give them a boost with a usb charge, and our courtyard turned into a venue ;-). I am truly considering getting more festoons as I love ‘em so much. We installed the large tree kit on a tree in our front yard and you can see it from 3 suburbs. Festoon house were so quick with delivery and follow up emails to make sure all was well.Will probably be extending higher when we can find someone that will climb higher than 20 metres.
