I couldn't be happier with the festoons - great quality and they look fantastic! Delivery was super fast and communication from Festoon House was great. I had a small problem with the dimmer and it was replaced without any issue at all. Highly recommend - worth the extra dollars for a quality product.
Easy to install, would suggest a direction to a website for best install instructions. Would buy again.
High quality, the bulbs not being glass is a stress saver, and they helped to set the perfect vibe for our Christmas in July street party.

We ordered 50m of festoons for our courtyard and we love them. They arrived promptly, were easy to put together and install and look even better than we hoped. Now we need to decide how many drops to order!!
Great product and love the remote control with dimmer functionality. Time for delivery was way over and no comms. Once I spoke to the company they were extremely apologetic and gave me some free spare globes. Thanks again festoon house.

My tree has lost its leaves for winter so in order to make it look less dreary I decided to get some fairy lights. I've bought lights from Australia's big hardware chain in the past and they don't last long. These ones from Festoon House are really good quality, so glad I bought them. Thinking of getting more.......

i purchased the lights in 2021 & needed replacement globes to replace the globes that filled with water / condensation.

I was aiming to install on my verandah - with the panel tucked away up high both to get sun and be out of sight. I didn't realise that you just leave the lights on - and they auto turn on at dusk and off at sunrise everyday!
a quick reply from the customer support team clarified how they work and now i'm off to install them!
Brilliant. So easy to put up. Will be adding more and some greenery once the outdoor furniture arrives. People at Festoon were great to deal with and told me exactly what I needed.
